This means that everyone in our directory has undergone an intense review process and has PROVEN their ability to safely and accurately apply eyelash extensions. These quality professionals meet or exceed the association’s standards for professional practice.

Professional Complaints
Members are bound to the NALA Standards
Members that do not follow our guidelines and requirements can be reported here. All complaints remain confidential and every submission is thoroughly and thoughtfully reviewed.
If you have encountered a lash academy claiming to be NALA Accredited but they are not on our directory, please let us know so we can begin our internal process of investigation.
All reports may be submitted to us by email below. Please include photos, screenshots, weblinks or any form of evidence you have to assist us with our investigation process.
